This is a pivotal strategic leadership role, offering the unique opportunity to define the future of the Trimble Platform. You'll lead a large, impactful organization, directly shaping how Trimble leverages its platform assets to achieve its most ambitious strategic objectives. What You Will Do

• Develop, implement, and evangelize a comprehensive and compelling product vision and strategic roadmap for the Trimble Platform, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Lead the entire product management function, including roadmap planning, feature prioritization, requirements definition, and the full product lifecycle from conception to end-of-life.
• In partnership with Marketing and Sales, define the go-to-market strategy for platform products and services, including developing and implementing effective pricing, packaging, and product positioning to ensure commercial success.
• Partner with various business and functional units (e.g., business, engineering, sales, marketing, customer success) and central Trimble teams (e.g., Horizontal Engineering, Business Systems / IT, Legal, Security) to ensure alignment on product strategy and successful delivery of platform capabilities.
• Build, mentor, and lead a large, high-performing, and geographically distributed organization of product managers, designers, and researchers. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a primary evangelist for the Trimble Platform, effectively communicating its vision, strategy, and value proposition to internal stakeholders, executives, customers, and partners.
• Define and track key product metrics and KPIs to measure the success of product initiatives, drive data-informed strategic decisions, and report on progress to executive stakeholders.

Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and / or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.

Hiring Range : $201,294.00$271,890.00
