The Sales Manager is responsible for optimizing sales, profitability, customer satisfaction and retention of new and used car sales deals while providing solid planning, motivation and coordination of the sales department through leadership and solid business practices.

Qualifications
Pay : $227,000 to $341,000 per year is the expected total annual earnings after factoring in all forms of compensation including salary, commissions, bonuses, benefits (vacation and sick), etc. Employees in this position will be paid a base salary of $108,000 per year. Commissions are expected to range from $109,000 to $223,000 per year based on performance.
