Position Overview :

Our growing Agency is looking for the right person to join our team and take us to the next level! As an account representative you'll be meeting community members and prospective customers, helping them to understand their options and join the State Farm family!

On job training is provided, including licensing and development. Bring your enthusiasm to learn and people skills, we'll provide the rest!

Responsibilities :

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
