Encounters Systems Analyst

A company is looking for an Encounters Systems Analyst III.

Key Responsibilities

Compile and analyze Encounter data to ensure Service Level Agreements are achieved

Provide analytical support for Claims Encounters Regulatory Data projects and resolve data issues

Lead claims data processes to ensure compliance with CMS and state agencies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience required

Master's degree in Science / Arts preferred, with a concentration in Healthcare Analytics or Data Science

Minimum of five years of experience in managed healthcare or claims environments required

Experience using SQL, SAS, SSIS, MySQL, ORACLE, R, or PowerBI required

Knowledge of claims operations and coding processes, including CPT, ICD-9, ICD-10, and HCPCS preferred
