ECHO / Vascular Tech

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a ECHO / Vascular Tech to fill in an opening in Venice , Florida .

Pay Details : $ 15 to $ 55 per hour

Shift Details : Monday – Friday 7 : 30am - 4pm

Daily Responsibilities for ECHO / Vascular Tech :

Must be able to handle a high volume, fast-paced environment with a pleasant disposition

Responsible for performing routine and complex echocardiography and vascular duplex ultrasound examinations and performs and provides a preliminary interpretation of studies performed.

Examinations performed may include, but are not limited to, trans-thoracic, stress and contrast echocardiograms (utilizing commercially prepared contrast agents), peripheral venous and arterial exams, extracranial cerebrovascular exams, visceral vascular and / or renal vascular exams.

Required Qualifications for ECHO / Vascular Tech :

1+ years of experience as an Echo / Vascular Tech

Associate degree from an accredited college or university in a related field

Active registration with American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or CCI.

Preferred Qualifications for ECHO / Vascular Tech :

Vascular technology / sonography experience preferred.
