Treasury Analyst

Treasury Analyst

Manage overall responsibility for bank accounts and banking activities. Assist designated hotels with banking research requests. Research and resolve payment processing issues and bank modifications. Initiate online electronic fund transfers such as wires, ACHs, account transfers, and book transfers. Monitor analysis fees and suggest cost-cutting techniques. Assist with opening, closing, and modifying bank accounts. Monitor the Treasury inbox and respond to inquiries promptly. Maintain signature cards and other required banking documentation. Review daily cash position of all assigned bank accounts, alert leadership of any cash shortfalls, and work to resolve them. Monitor and make decisions on Positive Pay exceptions. Act as a backup for other Treasury Analysts and cross-train in all areas of Treasury. Communicate effectively with banking partners and internal stakeholders. Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.

This is a contract position based out of Irving, TX. The pay range for this position is $40.00 / hr.
