This is a hands-on, multi-craft maintenance position supporting a highly automated dairy facility. The role focuses on ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable operation of production, packaging, and utility systems across a 24 / 7 operation.

What You Will Do

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production, packaging, and utility equipment.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.

Support daily operations by maintaining pumps, conveyors, separators, pasteurizers, and other critical systems.

Diagnose and resolve PLC, VFD, and control system issues; assist with instrumentation and calibration tasks.

Ensure all work complies with food safety, sanitation, and safety standards.

Partner with operations and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives.

Accurately document maintenance activities, parts usage, and work orders in the CMMS system.

Who You Are (Qualifications)

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (food / beverage preferred)

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

Proficiency with PLCs, VFDs, and automated packaging equipment

Experience maintaining pumps, conveyors, separators, and pasteurizers

Familiarity with instrumentation, calibration, and sanitary process systems

Ability to read and interpret schematics, P&IDs, and electrical drawings

Experience with ammonia refrigeration, boilers, and wastewater systems a plus

Safety-conscious mindset with ability to work independently on 6pm–6am shift

Shift & Compensation

Shift : 6pm–6am | Rotating schedule (Mon / Tues & every other Fri–Sun or Wed / Thurs & every other Fri–Sun)

Employee Type : Hourly | Safety Sensitive : Yes

Base Pay Range : $22.29 – $30.15 / hr + shift premiums
