Preservation-Maintenance Handyman

Unitech Builders is looking for a preservation-maintenance handyman to join our team.

The preservation-maintenance handyman will be based out of our Nevada office and is responsible for providing on-site client installation, repairs, and maintenance of the issues.  The ideal candidate is prompt and reliable, has superior support skills, and has excellent communication.

He / she will have a proven track record of client satisfaction and be motivated to provide superior service.

Responsibilities :

• Serve the client— Oversee all site inspections and perform thorough evaluations of reported issues.
• Conduct proper inspections to accurately identify the problem.
• Provide detailed and precise material pricing and estimated labor hours.
• Ensure all assessments are complete and reliable.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and follow company guidelines throughout the process.
• Professional Conduct and Compliance— Maintain punctuality and a high level of professionalism at all times.
• Demonstrate respectful and courteous behavior with tenants while on-site.
• Follow all instructions provided by the vendor manager to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
