Pricing and Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

Oversee product design, pricing, regulatory compliance, and distribution for Workers Compensation and Commercial Auto

Analyze business metrics to identify trends in profitability, conversion, and retention

Lead a team of analysts, providing mentorship and managing hiring processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required; preferred background in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Actuarial Science

5-6 years of experience in the P&C commercial insurance industry, focusing on Workers Compensation and Commercial Auto

Minimum 1 year of experience managing direct reports

Advanced data management skills in Excel, Looker, and Snowflake

In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance regulatory compliance and distribution channels
