Responsibilities

Current Openings Include :

Iowa Methodist Medical Center (IMMC)

Lead our Cardiac Cath Labs across IMMC and ILH including prep and recovery services. This is a high-impact role within our cardiovascular service line ideal for a visionary leader passionate about innovation and outcomes.

Oversee surgery with 24 / 7 accountability. Create a safe professional environment that supports team development and optimal patient outcomes.

Support day-to-day operations of our high-acuity ICU focusing on holistic patient-centered care and staff development.

Iowa Lutheran Hospital

Lead perioperative care in OPS / PACU serving patients from pediatrics to geriatrics across multiple surgical specialties.

Oversee clinical services in Endo ensuring regulatory compliance staff engagement and high-quality patient care.

Manage fast-paced ED operations with a focus on safety quality and team support.

Methodist West Hospital

Lead OR Central Sterile Processing and Preop / PACU services. Collaborate with a skilled surgical team to deliver exceptional perioperative care.

Guide ED operations with a holistic approach to patient care and staff development.
