Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and managing the staff to achieve business goals.
Key responsibilities include :
- Managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, staff management, and customer service.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and control costs.
- Supervising and training staff to provide excellent service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and address any issues promptly.
- Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food and beverage costs.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing financial reports.
- Representing the restaurant in community events and promotional activities.
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager or similar role in the food service industry.Strong knowledge of food service operations, including food safety, health regulations, and customer service standards.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial reporting.Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
