As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Bank organization, you will be based in Oxon Hill, Maryland. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

The Personal Banker role involves acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. The role manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing. It also involves collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet and positioning PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary : $46,800.00 $69,000.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and / or individual performance.
