Corporate Sales Trainer - LMS Implementation & Sales Enablement
Join AllStar Home Services as a Corporate Sales Trainer to launch our LMS and design AI-powered sales training that drives national performance.
Remote | Full-Time | 30% Travel
AllStar Home Services is a fast-growing national network of 20+ home improvement brands backed by Morgan Stanley Capital Partners. We're building our first centralized Sales Learning & Enablement program to support our growth plans - and we're looking for a Corporate Sales Trainer who can combine technology, instructional design, and facilitation to shape how our sales teams learn, practice, and perform.
What You'll Do
Select, implement, and manage our first Learning Management System (LMS)
Develop interactive training content using adult learning and AI-driven simulations
Facilitate live virtual sessions and asynchronous programs for sales reps across new locations
Partner with managers to coach teams, shorten ramp-up time, and improve quota attainment
Use learning data and field feedback to continually improve content and outcomes
What You Bring
3+ years in sales enablement, instructional design, or corporate sales training
Experience launching and updating an LMS platform
Strong understanding of AI simulations or virtual sales training tools
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills - comfortable engaging large remote audiences
Bonus : Experience in roofing, home services, or B2C
