Head of Transamerica Asset Management Investments

These include 1) World Financial Group, including Transamerica Financial Advisors, 2) Protection Solutions and Savings & Investments, comprised of life insurance, annuities, employee benefits, retirement plans, and Transamerica Investment Solutions, and 3) Financial Assets, which includes legacy blocks of long term care, universal life, and variable and fixed annuities. These are supported by Transamerica Corporate, which includes Finance, People and Places, General Counsel, Risk, Internal Audit, Strategy and Development, and Corporate Affairs, which covers Communications, Brand, and Government and Policy Affairs.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field
• Fifteen years of experience in the investment industry
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
• Experience selecting and overseeing fund managers or managing asset allocation decisions
• Experience preparing and delivering executive-level presentations
• Strategic thinking and strong management capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams
• Knowledge of mutual fund and investment management industries
• Proficiency in MS Word and ExcelThe Salary for this position generally ranges between $288,750 - $325,000 annually.

• qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs.
