About the Position :
We’re looking for a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to bring Maverick Payment’s brand and products to life across digital, print, and video.This is a high-impact role where you’ll where you’ll support all marketing initiatives from designing animated social videos, build visually compelling landing pages, and produce large-format display materials for events and tradeshows.Thie Graphic Designer will be the go-to design partner for the marketing team, responsible for translating technical payments concepts into clear, engaging visuals that resonate with current and prospective partners.If you love a fast-paced environment, live for detail, and can bounce between formats without missing a beat, this is your chance to make a major creative impact on a modern and growing fintech brand.Establish and maintain design systems, templates and brand guidelines that streamline production and ensure brand consistency across teams and channels.Maintain a clean, modern, and enterprise-grade tech aesthetic that reinforces Maverick Payments’ brand identity and delivers a compelling, memorable experience across internal and partner-facing touchpoints.Partner with various stakeholders to develop the visual storytelling strategy from concept to execution, ensuring every asset reflects brand clarity, innovation, and business intent.Design original branded visual product-related graphics, original design elements, flowcharts and design templates across a variety of media :
digital assets, printed sales materials, tradeshow displays, and social content.Design digital graphics and build sleek, modern design elements for digital assets including LinkedIn posts, web ads, emails and responsive landing pages.Develop print-ready collateral including one-pagers, brochures, RFP decks, case studies and event signage.Create animated explainer videos and promotional motion graphics for digital campaigns.Build large-scale booth graphics to support trade show exhibitions where graphics are displayed in various booth sizes include 30’ x 20’, 10’ x 10’ and various tabletops.Maintain consistency across platforms while pushing creative boundaries, producing A / B variations and experimenting with new formats.Collaborate closely with marketing leadership and key stakeholders to execute creative aligned with business goals.Prepare and package final files for print or digital distribution, ensuring quality across formats.Operate with a high level of self-direction while actively seeking and integrating feedback to refine designs and align with strategic goals.Explore and experiment with emerging design tools, including AI-powered platforms, to accelerate production, enhance creative output and elevate the quality of visual assets.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications :
High school diploma plus relevant graphic design experience. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, business, or a related field preferred.  5+ years of relevant design experience (preferably in payments fintech, SaaS, or B2B). 2-5 years’ experience designing responsive web and landing pages (Figma, Webflow or similar) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro.Extensive experience managing high-visibility events with complex logistics and multiple stakeholders.Experience  designing collateral and tradeshow graphics (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop Experience designing large-format displays and printed materials Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing team.Skills / Abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities across stakeholders.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro.Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Gamma for internal and partner presentations Experience designing large-format displays and printed materials Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Strong communication and collaboration skills, with comfort giving and receiving feedback Self-starter with a high level of creative ownership and follow-through.Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization.Proactive, self-starter with a strategic and forward-thinking mindset.Ability to travel, including internationally, as needed.What We Offer :
