Responsibilities :

In this nine-bed unit, you will have an RN-to-patient ratio of 1 : 2. Depending on the acuity of the patient, we often provide 1 : 1 care. You will be working closely with all multidisciplinary team members ranging from the physician, advanced practice professionals & Clinical Nurse Specialist, to respiratory therapy, physical therapy, case management, and pharmacy. You play an essential role in integrating this multidisciplinary approach into your patient’s care plan.
