Position Description

We're looking for a data science "Olympian" to own full-funnel insights, from shaping our best-in-class data stack and infrastructure, to asking the right questions, to running experiments, and to delivering sharp analyses. You'll play a pivotal role in driving strategic decisions and building a data-driven culture.

Compensation

At Boosted.ai, we believe in fair and transparent compensation practices. The base salary range for this full-time position is $155,000-$210,000 , which may vary depending on experience, skills, and location. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for new hires. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for our discretionary bonus program that takes into account both individual and company performance, and participation in our equity program. During the hiring process, we can provide more specific salary information for your location.
