Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (CVU) on varied shifts. The RN will provide primary nursing care in a 15-bed unit, including 3 Step-down ICU beds and 12 telemetry beds, with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1 : 4 for Progressive Care and 1 : 3 for Step-down ICU. Responsibilities include telemetry monitoring, telemetry strip reading, fingerstick blood sugars, medication administration, and patient education. The RN will also float to other acute units as needed, including Medical, Surgical / Peds, ICU, and ER.
