This position focuses onsupporting campers with behavioral needs, coaching staff, and creating inclusive experiences for all participants.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work directly with campers who need additional behavioral support.
• Assist children with social skills development and participation in camp activities.
• Implement behavioral support plans and de-escalation techniques.
• Train and coach staff on best practices for positive behavior management.
• Collaborate with families and staff to create individualized strategies for success.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with state and local requirements.
