Key Responsibilities

Research, resolve, and respond to customer inquiries regarding car rental experiences

Ensure all customer interactions adhere to company policies and standards of service

Input data accurately into company systems and coordinate with field operations for customer service issues

Required Qualifications

High School diploma

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer care environment or inside sales

Previous work-from-home experience preferred

Ability to work independently and in teams

Must maintain a distraction-free work environment for remote work
