A company is looking for a Senior Claims Representative - Workers Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage moderate to complex claims with minimal supervision

Conduct thorough investigations, evaluate damages and liability, and negotiate settlements

Mentor team members and ensure adherence to customer service and audit guidelines

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or related field

Associate in Claims designation

Associate in General Insurance designation

CPCU coursework or other continuing education

Prior experience handling large and complex claims
