Senior Indirect Buyer

Fortna is seeking a Senior Indirect Buyer to join our Global Procurement team. This role will focus on managing indirect spend (approx. $200M annually), driving measurable cost savings, and ensuring contractual compliance across a broad range of categories. The ideal candidate will be a skilled negotiator with deep knowledge of contract language, experienced in ERP systems, and comfortable collaborating with executive leadership and international teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing initiatives for indirect spend categories, ensuring best value and compliance with company policies.
• Negotiate commercial terms and detailed contract language to mitigate risk and protect Fortna's interests.
• Support the achievement of established cost savings and cost avoidance KPIs, ensuring performance targets are met annually.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance, including issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in Operations, Finance, Legal, and international business units.
• Analyze spend data, identify opportunities for cost savings, and execute sourcing strategies.
• Maintain accurate purchasing and contract records in ERP systems (Infor LN, IQMS, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Support project management activities related to procurement initiatives and system implementations.
• Partner with global teams to align sourcing strategies and leverage scale.
