Account Representative – Automotive Sales Support

Join a fast-paced team that helps automotive dealers sell inventory through a global online auction platform reaching over 1 million buyers worldwide. This role focuses on providing personalized service, negotiating deals, and guiding clients through every step of the sales process.

What We’re Looking For :

Optimistic, energetic, and hard-working
Strong phone presence and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Training & Growth :

Start in the Make an Offer (MAO) department

Learn negotiation, systems, and company culture

Become proficient in 4–5 months

Compensation :

Base Salary : $39,000 / year

Commission : $5 per car sold

Average earnings : $60,000+ in the first year

Top performers : sell 20–30 cars per day
