Float Customer Service Representative (Entry-Level) – Ferndale-Based

Location : Home base in Ferndale, MI

Travel Required : Will float to Detroit, Madison Heights, and potentially Warren

Schedule :

• Monday–Thursday : 8 : 30am–5 : 00pm
• Friday : 8 : 30am–4 : 30pm

Position Overview :

We are seeking a dependable and adaptable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support multiple clinic locations. This is an entry-level role with full training provided at the Ferndale location. The ideal candidate will be comfortable traveling between sites and working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 / hr.
