YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR COSMETOLOGY PORTER - OPERATIONS LEADER

In this role, you'll spend most of your time assisting with laundry, receiving shipments, inventory management, and other operational tasks. This may involve lifting, stocking, and organizing to ensure the smooth operation of our school.

Here's what we need from you :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in leadership, management, finance, and business
• Passion for the beauty industry
• Honesty and professionalism
• Solid work history with verifiable references

Accounting or finance degree preferred. Knowledge in Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems is also preferred!
