ENT opening : Oak Ridge, TN Knoxville 30 minutes About the Job - Join four full-time, board-certified General Otolaryngologists (anticipated replacement for retiring senior partner), one NP and five full-time audiologists- Thriving practice with established referral pattern means immediate productive schedule- Interest and experience in otology, facial plastics or sleep medicine is a plus- Anticipated ER Call Coverage 1 : 4 for one hospital, with no facial trauma- Adult and pediatric referrals- Ancillary services include : in-office surgery suite, allergy, in-office CT scanner, balance center and hearing aids- Thriving in-house Allergy Department offers SCIT and SLIT Compensation and Benefits - Competitive salary based on MGMA guidelines guaranteed for the first year- Productivity bonus- Earning potential of $400,000-$800,000- Sign-on and relocation bonus- Ability to earn partnership within first 12 months- Opportunity for surgery center buy-in- No buy-in for ancillary services- Comprehensive benefits package including health / dental / vision and 401(k) with generous match- Malpractice insurance- Four weeks paid time off first year- CME allowance About Medical Center Medical Center has been responsible for providing its surrounding communities with the latest advanced medical treatments and technology for more than 75 years.
