Job Summary
- The Sales / Client Representative assists in developing and executing regional strategic marketing and sales business decisions that result in the development of a new customer base as well as servicing and maintaining current customer partnerships that result in increased revenues, business expansion and increase profitability. This role grows the business in a defined territory while actively selling to many different customer segments. The Sales / Client Representative works in a fast-paced environment, closing deals with resilience and persistence.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Manage a regional sales pipeline from early opportunity lead prospecting, proposal development, contract negotiations to contract closing.Communicate proactively with internal and external decision makers and influencersCultivate, nurture, and maintain relationships and expectations with prospects and key customer decision makers.Collaborate with experienced and highly skilled team members to drive sales opportunitiesPlan daily to effectively qualify and close business opportunities to achieve individual and regional sales goalsCreate and present compelling customer-centric proposalsEducation and Experience :
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in construction industryExperience in service industry with commercial contract salesExtensive face-to-face selling experience at mid-to-senior levelsProven track record of sales goal attainmentCapability of managing multiple projects and able to multi-task in a large territoryExcellent presentation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to create customer value-based proposalsProficient with computer programs including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointExperience prospecting / hunting and qualifying new business opportunitiesHigh-level of energy, commitment and results driven salespersonDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-selling environmentCreative and innovative thinking; resilient and persistent in closing dealsPhysical Demands / Requirements :
Constant operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as calculator, photocopier, and computer printerPosition is sedentary; must be able to remain in a stationary position for a majority of timeWork Environment :
