Pay Rate : $18.75 / Hour

Job Schedule :

DayTime Wed 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Thur 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within a healthcare location, providing a visible presence to help to deter unwanted activity.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing armed response protocols as required.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter, monitoring for unusual activity and / or security-related concerns.
  • Engage with staff, patients, and visitors to offer customer service and address inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Assist with emergency response activities and coordinate with site personnel as needed.
  • Document incidents and observations clearly and accurately according to Allied Universal guidelines.
  • Follow established procedures for handling confidential information and sensitive situations within a healthcare environment.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in an armed security-related, law enforcement, or military role.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
