Salary: $16 to $18

Summary

As aTax Administrative, you will assist the Tax team with various tasks, including drafting forms and letters, coordinating calendars, taking phone calls, sending emails, preparing for meetings, and capturing notes.

Main Responsibilities

• Draft and complete federal and state tax forms and letters
• File annual reports and e-file returns and extensions
• Handle incoming and outgoing tax mail
• Prepare Power of Attorney (POA) documents and request signatures
• Confirm e-file submissions and maintain IRS confirmations
• Visit TX Comptroller Office
• Assist with property tax tasks
• Provide general administrative support and manage mail/packages
• Help coordinate calendars and prepare for meetings
• Focus on building strong client relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or near completion in Accounting or a related field
• Experience in tax administration is a plus
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday
