Job Title : Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Long term care experience is preferred.

National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification and state license are required.

Jewelry and body adornments are allowed, with the exception of gauges.

Relocation allowance available with facility housing provided until a permanent place is found.

Description :

This position is for a skilled nursing facility with outpatient therapy capabilities.

The facility has a total of 53 beds for skilled nursing and a 20 bed critical access hospital.

Any scrub color is acceptable for this role.
