We're seeking a polished and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team and help elevate the service journey for our Cadillac clients.

What You'll Do

  • Greet customers in a professional, welcoming manner and act as their trusted advisor throughout the service process
  • Clearly communicate vehicle needs, manufacturer-recommended maintenance, and repair timelines
  • Prepare accurate service estimates, repair orders, and invoices
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of service work
  • Provide regular updates to clients, ensuring transparency and confidence in our process
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing shop flow to maximize productivity
  • Uphold Cadillac's luxury brand standards in every interaction

What We're Looking For

  • Previous Service Advisor experience preferred (luxury brand or high-volume store an asset)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first approach
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • A professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the Cadillac brand
  • Valid driver's license
