CDL-A - Dedicated truck driver - Family Dollar. Dedicated truck driver - Family Dollar Average pay : $1,270-$1,550 weekly Home time : Weekly Experience : All CDL holders Overview Hauling retail and grocery freight on liftgate trailers. 100% hand unloads using gravity rollers and / or pallet jacks. 2 loads per week with 3-6 stop-offs per load. Travel within AL, FL, GA, LA and MS. Pay and bonus potential Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving. Weekly performance pay. $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers. $2,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers. Paid orientation. Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year. Annual bonus : Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
