We are hiring a Landscape Construction Supervisor to support our Projects Department at prestigious client sites throughout New York City. This role is responsible for overseeing landscape construction and installation projects, leading crews in the field, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage landscape construction and installation projects from start to completion
2. Lead, motivate, and hold field crews accountable for performance, quality, and safety
3. Interpret and execute project drawings, blueprints, and job specifications
4. Coordinate daily site operations with project managers, general contractors, and clients
5. Ensure job sites are maintained in compliance with OSHA and SST safety standards
6. Monitor project schedules, productivity, and material usage
7. Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions with internal teams

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in landscape installation or construction
• Degree or certification in Landscape or Project Management preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage job sites and teams in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to learning, growth, and continuous improvement
