Key Responsibilities :

• Estimate MEP systems for commercial, industrial, and multi-unit residential projects that align with company goals.
• Develop cost-effective conceptual HVAC designs for design / build projects that meet client expectations and budget constraints.
• Create initial sketches and collaborate with BIM / CAD operators for detailed drafting and 3D modeling.
• Conduct thorough design document reviews at various project stages, including design development, permitting, construction, and record-keeping.
• Prepare and present detailed written proposals, effectively communicating scope, pricing, and specifications to clients.
• Lead negotiation efforts and maintain continuous follow-up with clients on submitted proposals.
• Engage with owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate project execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including other estimators, to share resources such as site visits, GC relationships, and bid calendar updates.
