Pay : $16.50 / hr to start, $17 / hr after 90 days

About the Job

We are hiring experienced Assembly Workers (Operations Specialists) to join our client’s growing team in Morrow, GA. You’ll be building and assembling high-quality food warmers used in gas stations and convenience stores across the country.

If you have hands-on experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or shipping, and take pride in doing precise, dependable work, we want to talk to you.

If you do not have experience in assembly in a manufacturing setting, please do not apply. This position requires prior hands-on experience and technical understanding.

What You’ll Do

Build and assemble food warmers and related products with precision and accuracy

Follow shop drawings, sales orders, and assembly instructions

Inspect work for quality and consistency before packaging

Construct shipping crates and prepare finished products for shipment

Keep your work area safe, clean, and organized

Maintain tools and equipment properly

Work as part of a supportive, fast-paced team focused on quality

What We’re Looking For

Experience REQUIRED in assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or shipping operations

Ability to read and follow technical drawings and instructions

Excellent attention to detail and pride in your craftsmanship

Dependable and team-oriented attitude

Bonus : Familiarity with power tools, quality checks, or shipping / packaging
