Job Summary: We are seeking a visionary Data Analyst to revolutionize R&D Business Operations with cutting-edge analytics. Our team leverages the Microsoft analytics ecosystem to drive insightful, swift decision-making through sophisticated data visualizations and automation.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and visualizations to support performance tracking and insights.
• Prototype and customize analytical applications using data science model outputs.
• Partner with stakeholders to continuously refine analyses and dashboard designs.
• Identify and deploy opportunities for automation and AI-driven solutions to enhance decision-making.

Experience/Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in Engineering, Operations, or Scientific fields.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau with a focus on crafting compelling dashboards.
• Experience in data transformation, cleaning large datasets, and data management.
• Strong expertise in process automation tools like Power Automate and a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
