The Product and Service Innovation Specialist at Redwood Credit Union assists in identifying and developing innovative products and services, while enhancing current offerings. Responsibilities include conducting consumer, competitor, market, and product research, identifying and defining differentiated opportunities, and supporting activities to launch solutions that improve the member experience and grow the business.

Minimum qualification : knowledge, skills, and abilities :

Physical requirements :

The ideal candidate has a combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree, plus a minimum of three years of relevant experience.

Compensation : Base starting range : $41.00 to $54.00 per hour commensurate with experience. Our base salary starting range is based on the scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills, and internal peer equity.
