A company is looking for a Logistics / Freight Coordinator (Remote - West Coast Region).
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate freight loads for all outbound and inbound shipments, ensuring process efficiency and cost reduction
Create and verify purchase orders for shipments, confirming accuracy with freight invoices
Monitor shipment statuses and communicate updates to customers, vendors, and internal teams
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous logistics experience strongly preferred
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
