Job descriptionStarting Salaries of $50,000 - $63,000 (based on Bachelor / Masters degree and experience) + Monthly Bonuses adding an avg of $5,500 a year Promotions within the MST therapist roles and Adelphoi Hybrid and Flexible Scheduling to support work-life balance; easy access for documentation to be done from home or work offices (you decide). Small Caseloads (4-6 youth) for focused, effective treatment Free Licensure Supervision hours from roles within the MST program Extensive Training and Supervision with ongoing professional development Excellent Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Tuition Reimbursement ) Provide in-home therapy using an internationally recognized, evidence-based model Conduct thorough assessments to understand youth and family dynamics and strengths Engages primary caregivers & other key participants to create long-term positive change Collaborate with schools, agencies, and community organizations Participate in weekly team supervision, training, and treatment planning Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance Company-Provided Health Insurance with Free Telemedicine Student Loan Forgiveness Eligibility & Tuition Reimbursement 403(b) Retirement Matching Generous Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Free Supervision Licensure Hours & CEUs Mileage Reimbursement at IRS Rate Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (with at least 2 yrs exp) in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Strong work ethic & initiative, passion for helping youth and families Valid Driver’s License, Car Insurance, and Clearances (FBI, Act 33 & 34) (assistance provided)
