Description
Zenity a Gartner Cool Vendor and the leader in securing Agentic AI is hiring a Field Marketing Manager to own and execute field marketing across the East Coast of North America. This role is ideal for someone who can successfully build pipeline-generating experiences partner closely with Sales and elevate brand presence in key regional markets.
This is not a traditional events role. You will shape how prospects partners and customers experience Zenity in the field across Tier 2 conferences to targeted ABM activations and intimate regional programs with AEs and partners. Youll build integrated field strategies that create demand accelerate deals and bring the Zenity story directly to enterprise security leaders.
What you will do
- Develop and execute the field marketing strategy for the East Coast regions aligned with pipeline and revenue targets.
- Build quarterly regional plans that integrate events ABM motions and sales and partner field activities.
- Manage Zenitys Tier 2 events portfolio from contract negotiation to booth experience staffing pre- and post-event motions and ROI reporting.
- Ensure each event is optimized for pipeline generation and brand visibility.
- Create regional programs that support pipeline goals including executive dinners roadshows workshops partner events roundtables and customer meetups.
- Build tight alignment with Sales and SE leadership to track performance share insights and drive measurable impact.
- Own 1 : 1 1 : few and 1 : many field ABM initiatives focused on high-priority accounts
- Partner with growth marketing product marketing and brand marketing colleagues to create integrated pre- / during- / post-event campaigns.
- Support content and creative needs such as landing pages nurture flows signage and enablement.
- Manage event budgets timelines tracking frameworks and reporting for all regional programs.
- Create repeatable processes templates and toolkits that scale the field marketing function across geographies.
- Track and report performance across leads MQLs SQLs and pipeline.
Requirements : What You Bring
Deep experience running regional events and collaborating with sales partners and cross-functional marketing team to build integrated programs that grow pipeline.Experience leveraging AI and AI Agent technologies to enhance event planning campaign execution or ABM programs with a focus on efficiency and scale.Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple programs across regions and execute under tight timelines.Data-driven mindset with experience using HubSpot for tracking and attribution.Highly collaborative approach with the ability to build trust with Sales SEs Partners and cross-functional marketing teams.Creative problem solver who loves generating experiences that stand out and deliver results.Success Metrics for the Role
