Job Description

Oversee all on-site construction activities for commercial projects (retail, hospitality, office, etc.). Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery. Enforce safety protocols and quality standards. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and vendors. Travel to various job sites across the U.S., typically on a rotational or project-based schedule.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction. Proven track record of managing ground-up or large-scale renovation projects. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Willingness and ability to travel extensively. OSHA 30 certification preferred.
