Physical Therapist needed for home health care surrounding Northampton, MA!

1 year minimum home health experience required

Physical Therapist is responsible for planning and providing physical therapy services to patients in their place of residence in accordance with the plan of care. The Physical Therapist performs functions that require substantial specialized knowledge, judgment, and skill based upon the principles of psychological, biological, and social services and must be able to make judgments accordingly.

This position reports to the Clinical Team Manager, Rehabilitation and operates within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
