Job Summary :

Under the general direction of the Director of Perioperative Services the RN Surgical Services OR Manager provides leadership in nursing care for assigned areas including assessment planning implementation and evaluation of patient care. The manager assists in directing and managing preadmission testing pre-operative operative and post-operative staff to ensure high-quality service delivery to the hospital on a 24-hour basis. This role collaborates with physicians and other departments to meet patient and family needs while managing resources responsibly and supporting the hospital mission in compliance with regulatory standards.
