About the Role

As a Finance Associate, you'll be a key contributor to the firm's tax and financial operations. You'll collaborate with senior leadership, fund controllers, and external advisors to manage tax compliance, reporting, audits, and strategic finance initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Tax Operations

• Oversee the full tax compliance lifecycle for funds, general partners, and the management company.
• Review tax returns, K-1s, foreign filings, and estimated tax calculations.
• Facilitate tax payments and respond to investor inquiries.
• Conduct tax research and validate advisor recommendations.
• Lead ad-hoc tax projects to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in accounting, tax, or related field. CPA or equivalent credential required. 6+ years of asset management tax experience, including 4+ years in VC / PE. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. Excellent communication and judgment. Experience in tax advisory preferred. Interest in crypto, tech, or AI is a strong plus.
