The Implementation Project Manager serves as a liaison between clients, client management, and OptumRx during the implementation phase. The role supports the organization's strategic direction and growth in the PBM industry by applying a clearly defined project management approach to all client implementations.

This position is full-time (40 hours per week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any shift schedules during our normal business hours of (8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work more than 40 hours during peak times of the year.

• from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
