Job descriptionFour-year college degree preferred but not required. Complete 12 months as an entry-level Financial Professional meeting requirements and having a developed client base. Must be licensed : State Life and Health, SIE, FINRA Series 7, 66, & 24 exams. Ability to draw upon past / present experiences and acquaintances to develop markets and sustain long-term relationships. Desire to help others plan for and protect their financial futures. Knowledge of our products & services. High degree of self-confidence with a team-first attitude. Authorized to work in the United States. Leadership Development School. Equitable Advisors' Virtual University. Columbia Holistic Financial Coach Program. Sponsorship for FINRA licensing. Working closely with top leadership through 1 : 1 coaching. Joint work and mentorship opportunities. Personalized training and support in all areas important to building your business. Opportunity to earn specialized designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
