Job descriptionCareers Advancement Opportunities Flexible Scheduling Competitive Compensation Paid Time Off Paid training Professional development assistance Referral program Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals Collect and record data on client progress and behavior Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment goals Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency in treatment approach Support clients in developing and improving social, communication, and daily living skills Maintain a safe and positive therapeutic environment Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities preferred Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques Knowledge of behavior management strategies and positive reinforcement techniques Ability to follow detailed instructions and implement behavior plans accurately Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Medicaid Provider ID Evenings as needed Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Medicaid provider number (Preferred) RBT Certification (Required)
