• Cases : all cases-cardiac (usually have at least 1 heart / day. They are straight-forward CABG, valves, etc), Cath lab, vascular, OB, thoracic, general, bariatric, urology, gynecology, robotics, etc.
• Travelers only; no candidates within 60 miles of site
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : EPIC
• Credentialing Timeframe : 60 Days
• Must Be Board Certified
• Active state license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) candidate
• Minimum length of commitment requirement per month : 1.0 (4x10s / week)
• Coverage Dates : 8 / 18 7 / 2025.
