Welder - Mig / Tig

Trailer Component Manufacturing, a division of Buyers Products and a leading manufacturer in the work truck industry, has positions available for experienced carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum welders. 1st / 2nd shift opportunities $20-$32 / hr. - based on experience and interview / weld test

• opportunity for qualified candidates Duties & Responsibilities : Demonstrate skills using MIG or TIG welding processes. Skills & Experience : 2-5 years of Steel / Aluminum experience is preferred GED or High School diploma required, certificate from a technical or vocational school is preferred. Understand and apply welding techniques and ability to operate welding equipment with skill Wire-feed welding MIG and / or TIG welding Candidates are given a written & hands on weld test prior to position being offered. Physical Requirements and Work Environment : Standing, walking and sitting for extended period of times. Must be willing to operate lift trucks to retrieve parts in racking up-to 60 feet high. Mobility and dexterity to move around operating machinery and powered industrial equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to operate power tools and vibrating equipment. Ability to work on site to physically support manufacturing requirements.
