Inside Sales Manager

What You'll Do :

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to perform at their best.
• Track and report on sales performance, spotting opportunities for improvement.
• Streamline and strengthen the sales administration process.
• Coordinate projects, ensuring deadlines are met with precision and urgency.
• Work closely with customers to build engagement, trust, and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales, finance, and legal requirements.
• Roll up your sleeveshandling customer inquiries, order details, and follow-up activities with accuracy and speed.
